COVID-19 - supporting our clients

Supporting our clients through the Covid-19 pandemic

Most of the  I D Bowen & Co staff have returned to office based working in order to better meet our clients needs.

As a result, we are now able to receive physical records and respond to calls to our landline numbers (01792 897035; 01792 898280; 01792 896566) and faxes to our fax number (01792 894122) at the office. Whilst we can only accept or return records by prior appointment and face to face meetings are not currently available, we will continue to be able to contact you by both telephone and email and we will also continue to be able to receive records and other documents electronically via email.

You can contact us by email at mail@idbowen.co.uk or if you wish to speak to a member of staff call 01792 897035. The person best able to deal with your enquiry will either be available yo take your call or will arrange for someone to respond to you by email or arrange a telephone call back as soon as possible.

We are sure that we will continue to provide you with our usual high level of service despite the constraints placed on us by these exceptional circumstances.

This website will be regularly updated to keep you appraised of any changes to the provision of our services as events unfold.
